Production Time

All products are handmade and printed on demand almost immediately upon creating an order. We produce the product specifically for you.

Due to this special process, it takes 2-7 business days to process an order before we ship it out. However, most orders are processed within 4 business days on average.

Shipping Time Can Fluxuate

The delivery times may vary significantly depending on circumstances, this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holidays period, and any unforeseen circumstances.

Holiday deliveries are particularly susceptible to delays due to the volumes of packages that are moving around the world. Please order as soon as you can in order to ensure your product arrives on time.

Delivery Claims

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Claims can take up to 30 days to complete.

Choella does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. Please ensure that someone is home to receive the package on the day it is to arrive.

International Orders

You may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination. The fees will be determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by Choella.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Shipping Address Accuracy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within an acceptable timeframe, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information is important for ensuring timely delivery.

Choella does not issue refunds and takes responsibility for lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
