At Choella, we take our responsibility to prevent modern slavery and slave labor seriously, and we are committed to continuing to review and improve our practices to ensure that we are meeting our obligations and protecting the rights of all individuals involved in our business and supply chain.

Our products are hand built when you place your order in country for many of our customers.

As an example, for our United States customers, your order would be hand crafted for you in North Carolina or Florida.

For our European customers, your order will be hand crafted in Latvia or Spain.

By building our products in country, we are able to maintain a high level of quality control and ensure that our products meet regulatory standards. We are also able to support local jobs and contribute to the local economy.

Raw materials are responsibly sourced from a variety of locations around the world.

When you order with us, we begin the process of making your product on demand. Although this may take a little longer to make a product just for you, we avoid over production and therefore are keeping unused product from ending in the landfills.

We have also partnered with waste management services to recycle the excess materials that come from the production of your product. We also donate products from returns.

Our packaging is made from recycled materials. For example, in the United States we package our products in 90%–100% post-consumer recycled plastic packaging, which has information on how you can recycle the package again.
